Secretary Responsibilities:
- Take attendance at all meetings
- Record the minutes of all General Board meetings
- Keep a list of membership names and contact information
- Track Board member’s voting eligibility
- Notify membership of time and place of meetings
- Conduct correspondence of the Association
Treasurer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the collection, safekeeping and expenditure of all funds and securities
- Properly keep and maintain the financial records of all business transactions
- Prepare an annual budget to be approved by the Board
- Submit a financial report to the Board of Directors within 60 days of the end of the fiscal year
President Responsibilities:
- Preside over all Board of Directors meetings
- Appoint all committee chairpersons (subject to board approval)
- Serve as ex officio member of each committee
- Submit an annual report at the Annual Meeting
- Report to the Board of Directors all matters that should be brought to their attention
- Serve as the face of the organization
- Support League VPs for miscellaneous needs
Player Agent:
- Oversee all aspects of the management of players
- Thorough understanding of preseason tasks
- Understand player selection methods and options
- Roster Management
- Management of release of players
- Tournament team player requirements and processing documents with League
VP Softball Responsibilities:
- Perform the duties of the President in their absence
- Assist the President in carrying out the mission of the Association
- Manage all Softball activities and policies and plans
- Assign coordinators for each cohort
VP Baseball Responsibilities:
General board of directors are strongly encouraged to join committees if not part of the executive board.
