Sharon Youth Baseball & Softball Association

In the summer of 2025, SYBSA will offer the following programs:

Junior Division - "Big Diamond" 60/90 - Ages 13, 14, 15

Summer baseball travel team for baseball players ages 13-, 14-, and 15- as of April 30, 2025
Team will play in the Hockomock Summer League in either the D2 or D3 division, dependent on registrants.
Dates: June16, 2025 - July 25 or August 2, 2025 (division dependent).

12U Tournament / Travel Team (Little League Ages 11 and 12)

10U Tournament / Travel Team (Little League Ages 9 and 10)

Roster spots by invite only
Team selection based on spring coach scoring
Competing in the following tournaments:
- SYBSA Father’s Day Tournament - June 12, 2025 – Jun 16, 2025
- Williamsport Tournament (Little League World Series) – June 23, 2025 – July 11, 2025)
Competing in the Suburban League
- Towns within a 30-40 minute drive from Sharon
- Division will be dependent on registered players
- Dates:
  - A Division Regular Season: July 10, 2025 – August 3, 2025
  - A Division Playoffs: August 4 – August 6, 2025
  - B Division Regular Season: June 23, 2025 – July 25, 2025
  - B Division Playoffs: July 26, 2025 – August 1, 2025

Majors Recreational Baseball (Little League Ages (10), 11, 12)

In-town recreational play
Available for mostly 11 and 12 year olds, with more advanced 10 year olds who have at least one season of experience
Format will be dependent on number of registrants – either traditional player-pitch games, 4x4x4 games, and/or athletic development sessions
1x/week practice and 1-2x/week game(s) dependent on coach availability
This division will only move forward if there are enough registered players
Dates: June 22, 2025 – July 27, 2025

Minors / AAA Recreational Baseball (Little League Ages (7), 8, 9, (10)

In-town recreational play
Available for mostly 8 and 9 year olds, with more advanced 7 year olds who have at least one season of experience
Format will be dependent on number of registrants – either traditional player-pitch games, 4x4x4 games, and/or athletic development sessions
1x/week practice and 1-2x/week game(s) dependent on coach availability
This division will only move forward if there are enough registered players
Dates: June 22, 2025 – July 27, 2025

NOTE:

All teams are contingent on having enough team managers (head coaches) and assistant coach volunteers.
Teams may not move forward and/or may be combined with other age divisions if there are not enough registrants in a given age group or division.
Roster sizes will be limited (number of roster spots depends on the team). Once max capacity is reached on a roster, registrants will be put on a waitlist. If there enough players on thee waitlist to create a second team,
