Opportunities include (but are not limited to):

Umpire coordinator: Schedules Sharon umpires for each season. Most leagues go through assignors. This is needed for the younger teams and gives high school students an opportunity to work at games.

Fundraising committee: Reaching out to local organizations for banners and team sponsors.
Field maintenance: Lining and dragging fields ahead of games.
