2025 SYBSA Spring Baseball Program

SYBSA Spring Baseball Program is a Little League affiliated program that provides and enjoyable baseball experience for boys and girls aged 4 to 15. The program focuses on promoting teamwork and developing skills that instill values of community, sportsmanship, and competition.

Evaluations and Team Assignments
E ach season ALL players who are registered for a division Minors or higher are evaluated to be properly placed. Major Divisions and higher are typically evaluated in October. Minor Division's Evaluations are typically scheduled for the week after February vacation.  ALL players registered in Minors or higher divisions should attend at least one of the evaluations. More details will be shared prior to February Vacation.

Team Assignments will be announced in mid-November for Majors Divisions and higher. All other divisions other than Tee Ball will be announced Mid-March on the same day. Minors and higher divisions are assigned by evaluation and formal draft procedures. Lower divisions assignments are randomly generated.

Please Note:
Players should ALWAYS try out for the highest division their age and their own self-perceived skill set will allow. Little League evaluations are designed to find the proper challenge for each player.
All 12-year-olds will automatically be assigned into the Majors division. However, they are still required to attend evaluations to allow for the best draft decisions.
